IALB Joint Plan
Dear community members,
This announcement is published by the IALB project team. The project describes this initiative as the “Joint Stabilization Plan,” intended to support early community consensus and long-term ecosystem development. The website has not provided independently verifiable public authorization proving an affiliation with the United Nations or any governmental, regulatory, or financial research institution; such affiliation should therefore not be treated as verified.
Under the rules stated by the project team, a participating address transfers 100 USDT to the designated BSC address, and the project proposes to distribute IALB in nine stages with a combined project-stated reference value of 1,000 USDT. This “reference value” is not cash, redemption value, or guaranteed market value. IALB may fluctuate substantially, and liquidity, delivery, return of principal, profit, or future appreciation is not guaranteed.
